identify the problem and then get down to resolution.Speaking with customers is the most effective way of resolving issues,

not by sending meaningless letters and making threatening telephone calls.We believe that no one benefits from those types of traditional collection tactics. Our approach incorporates as many contact
telephone calls as necessary to resolve accounts. We set no limit on the number
of calls that are made but do set limits on
the number of letters that are sent as we
believe direct contact serves you best. The human approach to debt resolution
combined with our experience and hands-on
approach should keep to an absolute
minimum the accounts that would require
attorney intervention. However, if required,
we will have an attorney, who also
subscribes to our collection philosophy,
communicate with your customer. Our
